On 10 September 1953, the maneuver held by about 6,000 KVPa in the area
east of the Woisswasser.-Rietschen railroad line was completed. The mite
involved in the !aneuver were entrained. According to local residents of
oxberg, a total of four KVP troop trains were assembled in Uhyst and
dispatched toward Hoyerawerda cn, 9 and 10 September. Source learned
that two trains of 24 boxcars each, loaded with KVP personnel.,
l e.. toward oerl..i:tz in the night of 9/10 September.
In the night of 10/11 Septe .ber, a KVP 'troop train consisting of 12 boxcars
loaded with z personnel , and an undetermined. number of flatcars carrying :10 T-34/85
tars and S x 57M-yin AT guns was assembled at Rietschen railroad station. During
the same night, another train consisting of 28 boxcars each loaded with about
30 K-jPs was asse.nbied at the Weisskeissel - station. The two trains left
toward Cott'ous.

On 1.1 Segptember, a convoy of 12 trucks each of which loaded with about 20 KV's,, 25X1 C
trucks each towing an 82?m& mortar, 3 truciLs each loaded with a field kitchen,,
2 kitchen trucks and an ambulance were observed proceeding from Weisakeissel
4. On 11 Septoiaber, Gawp ;?dochten still quartered 100 KVPs with red service color
who had come from Loebau and who did guard duty at the installation.
