1. In Plovdiv and vicinity all reservists up to the age of 45 are being mobilized for
a refresher course. The mobilization began approximately on 15 August 1953 and
was continuing as of 23 August 1953. Those called are supposed to serve for three
frontiers.

2. The Graf I-gnatiev airfield has been enlarged and is now 10 kilometers square.
MrG-15 type planes are located at the airfield. There are many Soviet officers
at Graf Ignatiev.
