With-the object Of centralizing the administration and..investm?nts of industrial. electric power plaaits the P$PG (State-Econoiaic-Planning Commission) has-decided to-.subordinate them all to.the Ministry-of Power.'Fbrmerlyq'the plants were under the control'of theministries concerned, through the intermediary of the factory managements-The'new form of control affects the exploitation of electric power as well `as investments. 2. The PKPG has given instructions to the Ministry of Industrial Building and the Ministry-of Builaing,Towns and Settlements to dismantle steel and cast iron conduits, also__pipes"'and tubes, which are at present not iii use and not intended for future usage These measures should be put into effect particularly in the voivodships of Szczecin (Stettin), Koszalin (Koeslin) and Zielona Gora (Greenberg). The materials thus obtained are to be placed at the disposal of the Ministry of,Mining to relieve the shortage of materials necessary for,the construction of new water and gas pipes.
