In an effort to out down the total sugar production in Indonesia, Achmad Munir,
Assistant Secret&ry General of the Central Bureau, Sentral Organisasi Buruh
Seluruh Indonesia (SOBSI), is urging Tjugito, Secrtary General of the Sarekat
Buruh Gulah (SBG) at Surabaya, to issue strike orders.
omme t. Andre Fressinet, WFTU representative who visited Indonesia
recently, was consulted on the plans for the sugar strikes and gave directions
as to how they should be carried out.
