Former residents of Bessarabia and Bucovina now living in Bucharest and other
Rumanian towns have been summoned by the police for questioning, mainly as to
their place of residence in 19110 and by what means they arrived in Rumania.
These persons, particularly those who arrived after the war, are fearful
lest they be returned to the district from which they came.
