These two troop trains hauled components of the 4th Gds AAA Div to Wustrow. The linlngdino of the troop train on 14 Aurust 1953 was observed at Plauen 50X1-HUM on 35 August 1953. The unit unloaded participated In local field exercises conducted by components of the 39th Gds Mtz Rifle 50X1-HUM Div. Troops returning from Wustrow on 13 and 14 September 1953 included trains to with elements of the unidentified AAA regiment of the LXXIX Mtz Rifle Corps, two trains to Weimar with components of the 1th AAA Div; the unloading of at Weinar was previously the trooe train observed floraia with a detail of the 4th Gds AAA Div which probably was unloaded at Dresden-Klotzsche. It is believed that, between 14 and 20 September 1953, an artillery unit of the XXIX Gds Mecz Corps from Kirdel still was at Altengrabow for combat firing practice. The - troop train possibly carried units of the IX Mtz Rifle Corps which were to participate in major fall maneuvers in the northern sector of Letzling Heath and the Rathenow area. 50X1-HUM 50X1-HUM 50X1 -HUM csement. The loadings intended in the Hillersleben, Genthin and Magdeburg area probably are connected with the beginning of the fall maneuvers. Comment.
