2. Of the state-owned locomotives, 95 were parked as a reserve for the Railroads
Ministry and 71 for the regionail railroad headquarters. g . ?

1. Comment. As compared with the tabulation of July 1953, the present tabulation
indicates that the total number of state-owned locomotives increased by one unit,
the origin of which could not be determined from the present tabulation. The park
of damaged locomotives decreased by 13 locomotives which were transferred to the
park of operational locomotives. The number of coal dust-firing locomotives decreas-
ed by 1. The number of column locomotives increased by one unit, the origin of
which could not be determined, The total number of foreign-owned locomotives re-
mained constantjwhiIe the number of serviceable locomotives in this category de-
creased by 1 unit. The number of narrow-gauge locomotives remained constant.
2. Comment. The locomotive reserve increased by 7 units. 50X1-HUM

locomotives came,
