RD THE SOURCE EVALUATIONS IN THIS REPORT ARE DEFINITIVE. THE APPRAISAL OF CONTENT IS TENTATIVE. 1. On 3 and 4 October 1953 and during the night of 3 October, constant traffic of army txv.cks was observed in Gdynia, coming from the direction of Gdansk (Danzig) along ul. Swietojaneka in a westerly direction. 2e The trucks drove mostly in twos. They were occupied by soldiers wearing field uniforms and full armament; they were always preceded by a combination motorcycle, h e side car. with a soldier holding a PPSh machine gun in t 3. The trucks must have came a considerable distance, since th were covered with du t and mud. Cowmen Polish troops returned frarm their summer maneuvers to Gdarrsk on . It is quite possible that the same occurred in Gdynia on the above data.
