Between 3 and 9 September 1953 approximately 20,000 Chinese Communist recruits moved into the BT-410184 BT-405178 area near T'agyong-ni (N 38-04 E 126-02 (BT-4017). The troops wore name plates on their uniforms. The unit remained in the area approximately 15 days, then departed 2. In August 1953 all the Chinese Communist troops in Haeju and Yonbaek-gun, Bwanghae Province were replaced by North Korean army troo s. The Chinese moved to the Songak Mountain (N 38-00, E 126-32) (BT-8303), north of Kaesong.
