a. former German supply depot which measured about 1,000 x SC meters was locat--25X1
Nd about 90 meters' from the Elbe Liver bank, about 1 an west of Bad Sehandau, 1C(,
meters scuth of the Frossen--Bad Schandau road, north' of the Breeden-Bad Schandau
railroad ll'ie. Two single-track spur tracks led to the individual warehouses in
the installation. The two min tracks ran to the shunting station which was locat-
ed about I kilometer north of the installation and which maintained the connection
to the Bad Sch&ndau-Dresden railroad line via Rathmannsdorf. Warehouses 11, 12 and
13 as well as the quarters were heated by a central system.
2. The depot area was surrounded by a board fence and guarded from forr watch towers
minting %earchlihts, telephone sets and alarm devices, which were occupied around
he clock by a_permolnent guard detail of I officer, 20 NCCu and a 25X1
about 66 officers, 26 NOOs and 99 Eh. and about 25C civilian workers. Captain hauff
(fnu) was depot comrandazrt and Major Walter (fnu) .s`deputy. The motor pool
of the depot included S Diesel trucks, 2 D W sedans, lambulance, 1 ` van like hick,
I B1 1W heavy=rnotojcle, I Diesel locomotive for shunting operations, _S electric
carts, B radio trucks and 4 repair shop trucks.
3. All KVP and `,P offices were to be served by the depot-'at Frossen. KV offices
among those supplied by the depot included Loebau, Berlin, rrora, Dresden, Cottbus
and Egges .n. Siippl3 was dispatched by rail or picked up directly by truck by
the trop e.

Another branch depot of the central supply depot was located in a school at Koenig-
stein Fortress. It stored about 3C,000 rain coats and an undetermined number of
old blue iuziforms since duly 1953.
The following articles of supply were stored in the Frosaen central supply depot:
