Burgas to Malko T~Yrnovo (N 141-59, E 2:7-3, approximately three kilometers
from the center of Burgas.
The Golemite Bulgaraki Melnitsi Flour Mill and the Tolbukhin Soap and Oil
Factory are located in the northwest district of Burgas. The flour mill
occupies a 6-story building and grinds 2140 to 250 tons of flour daily.
The Georgi Dimitrov (former Veriga) Factory makes ironware, barbed.wire,
and machines. It is located in the industrial district of Burgas, near
an edible oil refinery.
Industry in 'Burgas
1. The Vasil Kolarov Electrical Factory, completed in 1952, is located near
the former Chaloveki Hospital near the road from Burgas to Dolno Ezerovo
(N 142-31, E 27-23). The factory is approximately two kilometers from the
center of Burgas and can be recognized by its tall smokestacks. Its
principal product is electric wire.

Cherno More Ccal Mine near Rudnik (N l42-38,E 27-29). Pomorie (N 142-33,
E'27-49), Sredet'a, (N 42-2001 27-11), ' and' Karnobat (N 142-39, E 26-59) also
draw power from the Cherno More station.

6. The.okrug administration of the Durzhavno Stroitelno Obedinenie (Government
Building Union) in Burgas is looateu in a 3-story building at No. 15 Atanas
Slavov Street. The okrug administration has four ok'oliya branches, one each

at Burgas, Sliven ( 1i2-40, E 26-19), Yambol ( 42-29, E 26-25), and Ksarno-
bat (N 12-399 E 26-59, now Polyanovgrad).
~. The Burgas Okoliya branch is located at the same address as the okrug
administration. It has approximately 130 workerst 35 employees in the
bookkeeping section, eight in the cadres section, 10 technical managers
(each technical manager supervises one or more construction projects),
30 in the machine section, four archivists, eight in the building
materials section, eight or 10 architects and engineers, four cashiers,
five auditors, and 10 typists.
