On 30 October, about. 160 soldiers practiced with 4 x 85-mm AT guns and 4 x 10O-arm AT guns, in front of the gun garages. About 3001 soldiers received field training in the billeting area and about 150 other soldiers wearing black-bordered crimson epaulets practiced carbine firing at the target ringe. On 3 November, about 3,0(0 troops and about 40 field-grade officers assembled in the barracks yard, forming a square.
