On 6 'November., the Feldzeugmeitater Kaserne was still occupied. Sentries observed
wore red-bordered black epaule';s with artillery insignia. Several soldiers .:ore
black-bordered crimson epaulets. ?k 203-rm howitzers have recently been observed
leaving the inst.,alla :.ion.

The 203-ram ark. 1 2--rani howit.,ers were still at the installation; however, they
have not left the Installation recently. Training activity did not cht~nge.. Truck
occupied by troops with spades and torches and other soldiers we--13 seen leaving
