THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATION
firing at towed air sleeves was practiced over the sea southeast
of Sassnitz usually three times'a week. The sleeve target was towed by
a twin-engine aircraft. The attacking aircraft'were-. swept-back jet
fight-era which flew individually or in formations of twos or t-xees,,
at altitudes from 800 to about" 4,000 meters. Between late September and
2'7 October, AA firing-was practiced from the Stubnitz woods at a sleeve
target which was also towed by a twin-engine aircraft.
