East Berlin Post and Telecommunications employees are measuring 800 circuits 25X1 The purpose is to determine if the circuits are in condition to put into operation. This is a necessary preliminary to arty resumption of telephone traffic. 2. The 80.0 circuits are in two groups: one group of 300 and one group of 500 pairs. Exchange Office 22 has 10,000 circuits, with 2,000 now in use. Although all circuits are never in use, 8,000 could be employed.
