Between Lovech and Pleven there is an airplane repair factory. There were 11 "Messerschmidt" planes of German origin used for training. B2z, =ishte Airfield 2. On 30 October 19538 14-15 YAK planes in a line at 25X1 Bozhurishte Airfield rom the airfield about 20 boys and -girls with one aviator boarded the train for Bankya. an. Air Force 25X1 school for both men and women is operating in Bozhurishte. The group was going to Bankya for the medicinal bath,. The officer told the group that their courses would finish in Deraember, and, that the next series would begin in March. Its courses would last nine and twelve months, and then they would have completed half of their service. Tyelish Airf eld Bulgaria has "quite a number" of MIG-17 planes, and that there are 25X1 eight at Telish. the Russians have come for training the 25X1 personnel in the use of these planes, and that they are waiting for MIG-18 planes. Older pilots are not permitted to operate such planes, but only young especially trained pilots are used.
