OF PAGES REQUIREMENT REFERENCES 19 February 195 The Chemical Plant No, 10 in the Obor sector of Bucharest is a four-story plant which., until 1.945., housed a gas mask factory. From 195 to 19.509 the plant produced electrical equipment under the name of Electroaparataj. From 1950 to February 1953 under the name of Izolatorull.9 the plant manufactured belts., knap~3acks and saddles for the Ministry of the Armed Forces (MFA). In February 1953., the staff wa,3 reduced from 9.00 to 1,00 workers., mostly women., renamed Chimica No. 10, and began producing as masks (type unknown).
