Pre-Military Training
Beginning in 1951 "some" of the physical education periods it the Burgas
technical high school were devoted to information regarding the use of
weapons. These lessons were given by the regular physical education-,eacher,
Golema.nov, fnu, except for a "few" occasions when they were given by two
unidentified visiting first lieutenants. These lessons were compulsory but no
independent grades were given. The training given in these classes were
inferior to that given by the DOSO (Dobrovolna Organzatsiya za Sudeystvie na.
Otbranata; Voluntary Organization to Facilitate the Defense).
