3. In a villa on the outskirts of Decin, west of the Elbe River, special courses
are held for Communist Party members. Sometimes Border Guard (PS) personnel
attend the courses. The instruction courses last 14 days and there are usually
12 to 18 people attending them. Daring the courses., participants are not
allowed to leave the building and they work from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. High-ranking
officers of the StB and Communist Party instructors are in charge of the school.
