that an Austrian concern imports the oil from another country and exports
it to East Germany.
2. The 1954 import plan for East Germany includes 2,100 metric tons of
aniline oil, of which approximately 2,000 metric tons are scheduled to
go to Farbenfabrik V,'olfen. The import plan does not indicate the name
of the firm or of the country from which the oil is to be imported.
