The Polish vehio a called the Star-20,1 whioh -is produced by a factory
in Staroohowice, is being adapted for special military purposes as a
,so-called field car (samoohod terenawy dia oeloar wojakowyoh). Some
engineers have succeeded in changing the "gear box" (skraynka biegow)
40 that the vehicle will have a 4-wheel drive. Informant believes
that the converted Star-20 will become the Polish army's jeep.'
