Molotov is 25X1 said to consider such elections an absolute necessity, While e bourgeois bloc parties in East Germany support the holding of free elections, Walter Ulbricht was allegedly dead-set against them. the Soviets had demanded that only the SED, NDPD, CDU, and LDP were to be admitted 25X1 for these elections, while of the so-called mass organizations only the FDGB and`the FDJ were to participate.
