A Soviet steamer carrying a cargo of coal. C* Several port service tugs of medium and small tonnage. d. A large 1500 hp ocean-going tug. 3. A shearleg crane with a. capacity of about 100 tons, on a pontoon, was in the harbor. No floating dry-docks were observed. 4. There were no searchlights in operation along the coast from Odessa to Cape Fontana (N46-23. E30-35).
