(FOR KEY SEE REVERSE) Some time between 1 and 10 February, 1954, a passenger train was derailed in the neighborhood of Olsztyn (Allenstein). Thirty-six people were kiL d'and about One l unfired seriously injured. 2. On the other hand, the railway personnel maintain that the .loch.. motive was manned by a youth .brigade which decided to increase its norm in honor of the Second Congress of the Polish Workers' Party (PZPR) and became so exhausted that it provoked the accident.
