1, On 2 Much 1954, the Panzer Kaserne (1161) in Borna quartered about
1,200 to 1#500 tank troops o There was intensive training activity on the
rcrning of 2 March. In the afternoon, troops engaged in maintenance work
on 10 to 12 trucks parked at the open garages. Two trucks apparently
practiced driving, Although no tanks could be observed, there were fresh
