THE APPRAISAL OF CONTENT IS TENTATIVE. (FOR KEY SEE REVERSE) 1. A''large Russian freight train was observed standing at the Neustrelitz station On` 12 March 1954. It was loaded with multi-barreled guns, tanks, and abilee. It wat beaded for Rostock. 2. From 6 to 10 February 1954, two freight trains, consisting of 25 cars each, were un- loaded at the Dessau station. The freight included tanks, antitank gu?1s,:and anti- ?aircraft guns.. The trains were carrying artillery troops (black shoulder`4,boards with red piping, crossed barrel insignia) q,nd. thgir'billet supplies) such as beds) desks, etc It is believed that the troops were headed for Kochstedt. Two freight trains from Magdeburg were unloaded at the Dessau station on 23 February 1954. These carried abtXut 350 artillery troops.
