1. Polish Ocean Lines have instructed their agents that the greatest
possible care must now be taken in labelling an packaging goods being-sent

3. The inefficiency in the port of Gdynia, which is'indicated by the above
statement, is probably due to congestion caused by 'the sudden increase in
cargoes arriving in Udynia coupled with the continuing
strain of shipments arriving for transshipment in Gdynia for China.
