1. In connection with economy in, the use of metals in short supply, an order
of the Ministries of Urban and Settlement Construction Industrial Construction.,
and Communal -Economy publistied on , Feb:r wiry 1954, Iaia do m-1 restrictions
in the use of lead for repairing and insulating water pipes ane waste
pipes.
20 This order prescribes the use of concrete, asbestos-concrete and aluminum
scrap instead of lead, and prohibits the employment of lead except in
special cases such as at the intersection of waste pipes with the main
communication arteries (sic),.
