Source observed the tank assembly hall of the J. Stalin Mechanical Works, Labedy. (Laband)~,on two occasions. He saw tanks being assembled and a stockpile of tank parts. 2. He also heard the noise of tank motors in the woods surrounding the foundry and once observed three type T-34 tanks being tested there by civilian drivers. He also observed caterpillar tracks on the Autobahn between Pyskowice (Peiskretscham) and Gliwice (Gleiwitz). 3. The foundry is surrounded by a high wall with small guard sheds (Kogutki) at each corner.
