A large amount of machinery destined for the quick-hardening cement facto ::,y
at Dimitrovgrad was unloaded at the port of Burgas. A.t the same time, a
large amount of rolling stock was also unloaded.
The cement factory, consisting of a group of four buildings, has a daily

A new concrete dam was erected on the Vantevski (sic) River, a small r?i -er
.rear the site of the old dam. The Vantevski River runs through the village
::If Raykovo (N 41-34, E 24-45), Smolyan Okoliya. The water of the new dare
was onveyed by a canal to Ustovo (N 4,1a-34,, E 24..47) to give power to a flow
electric power plant installed there.
This power plant is to supply electricity for the entire Ra.ytcovo-Usto-vo area
and to the mines in the same area.
