Since December 1953 the Vehicle Repair Enterprise (Autojavito VAllalat)jwhich is located at Irkrgi Ut and is requisitioned by the Hungarian Army, has been undertaking repair work for civilian vehicles. be About 12-15 Hungarian soldiers were seen working in the repair shop at the beginning of December 1953. All previous repair work had been carried out by civilian mechanics. 2.T in-October' 1953, about 400 recruits entered the barracks north of Tamasi. The' recruits came for the most part from east of the Tisza, Transdanubia, Pecstand Gyor. 3. Sze ard., a. The barrab1s on the southeastern edge of Szekszard, about 300m. southwest of the Szekszard railroad station, are occupied by the headquarters of a rifle regiment and two rifle battalions. In October 1953, 500-600 recruits moved into the barracks. be The regiment is not motorized. It is equipped with four or five SU-76 SP guns, 8-10 76.2 mm, field guns, and several"gO m ;1 mortars.
