Septemvri Square;4 housed in a s-story, 15 x 10 meter grey brick building;
the main entrance is in the middle of the front side of the building and
leads to the city market; a staircase on the left side of the entrance
leads to the upper floors; there are shops selling prepared meats on both
sides of the entrance gate.

Septemvri Square; housed in a four or 5-story, 15 x 10 meter yellow
brick building; a municipal restaurant, "Furvi May," is on the ground
floor; the publications division is on the first floor; the military
recruting office is on the second floor; the Okoliya People's Council
offices are on the top floor.
41. Post office; located on a corner on the eastern side of Georgi Dimitrov
Square, in the western part of the city; housed in a 4-story, 15 x 30
meter grey brick building; there are steps across the entire side facing
Georgi Dimitrov Square; there are two large columns in the center of this
side; there are facilities for telephoning, sending telegrams, mail, par-
cels, and registered mail on the first floor; it is forbidden to go to the
25X1 upper stories. Since the beginning of 1953, civilians are
only allowed to make ou -o mown calls between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.; the
remainder of the time only official calls can be made.

side street directly opposite an old stone bridge crossing the Yantra
River; housed in a 3-story,30 x 20-meter whitewashed brick building.
