1. The official installations, nationalized factories, and n her firms
which are located in East Germany and East Berlin are no longer permitted
to draw DIN norms directly from the Beuth-.Vortrieb. Orders for DIN
norms have to be placed with Yerlag Koehler & Volokme.r, Leipzig and Berlin,
which then draws the norm sheets from the Beuth-Vertrieb and delivers
them to the installation which placed the original order. This regulation
is the result of the Interzonal Trade AP*reement, which also includes the
transmittal of DIN norms. The new procedure is advantageous to the iaat
in that the Beuth-Vertrieb no longer learns the names and a.dreceem of
fins placing orders.
