The Rumanian steamship TRAN$YL7ANIA arrived in port 2. Merchant ship traffic was heavy. A 15,006-ton passenger ship1possibly undergoing repairs, was moored at Point No. 1. Several steamers were moored at Point No. 2, A tanker was under repair in a floating drydock in the Odessa was the only port in the northern Black Sea area which was open to traffic. All other ports were blocked by ice. schedule and made trips between Odessa, Constanta, and Durazzo. 3.
