A set, similar to a Token-type set, wa.s :rrkec south of tEe hangars. Veer this sat were four large-vanlike devices. About 50 peters east of the assumed Token-type set was a Fishnet-type radar set. 14 platoon consisting of 1 senior lieutenant, 1 lieutenant, and 42 EM, all wearing red-bordered black e:s.ulete and, except for the senior lieutenant; with c.rtil) ry insignia, marched into thn barracks insttllatione at the field. The personnel seemed to weer new clothes. They did not carry weapons. 2. Fetween 2 pm. and 2.30 p.m., on 20 April, personnel and sentries 'oaring black- bordered blue epaulets were observed in Altkettonhof in Jchvechat niliiery post. Ter_ motor vehicles were parked in the garages.. No weapons or eauiprent were seen., En officer and an L. wearing black-tordered blue epaulets entered Altketto:thof, coming from the barracks install,tions at the field. 3 Between 9 a.m. and 11 can, on 25 April, although'it was a Sunday, there was inten- sive activity at the field. Grading and rolling work was under wey with E full- track prine movers towing devices as on 20 April. Source observed no aircraft parked at the field. The hangars were vacant as far as cisille.. The acsuned Token- type radar set mnd the Fishnet-type set were still located at the xt:po;'ce1 sites. The vcn-like -dewices which could not be definitely i_entified possibly were large vc-n-like trucks. Between 2:45 p.m, and 4 p.m. on 28 April, no changes were observed on the assumed Token-type radar set and on the Fishnet-type radar set which was about 50 meters northeast of the first set. About 100 meters noflheast of this site t.:e.te 6 or 7 barrrecks-like structures which could not be definitely identified. Tractors towing rollers and harrows were used on a large terrain south of thg,asswaed Token-type set, Additional rollers ere parked near the hangars. About 4 p.m. on 2~: April, source observed that WEN wearing black-bo^dderedblus epaulets practiced with cerbines in the perk of Altketten:o ut `oh t military post. ah..
