Personalities:
1. Generalleutnant Heinz Hoffmann returned to duty on ll February.
2. The Soviet adviser with the Motorization Administration, Goriachev, has returned
to Moscow; his successor has not yet arrived. Brigadier General Oparin is still
with the Motorization Administration.
3. The advisers with the artillery, Colonel Horrisov and Brigadier General
Feodor (or Feodorov), are still there.
4. "UW Chernigov is with the Motor Vehicle Administration.
5. Colonel Volkov has returned to Potsdam where he is gerving in the Motor
Transport School.
6. The head of the Fuels and Lubricants Administratlon~Major Pratsch, is on half.
pay because of sickness and has been replaced by a man whose name is either Magioli
or something similar.l
