The regiment was organized into the headquarters, the rotor tr nsport company, the -upply platoon, the instruction platoon, rind the let through 3d Ens, vhicl: totalled nine companies. In early April 1954, the component units of the regiment stationed at Berlin-Fiesdorf (excluding the 3d En) nuntered about 15 officers, 150 NCOs, rnd 720 V. Of these, about 28 officers, 36 NCOs, and 2& a' lelonged to'the 2d Bn, while stout 12C to 13r' seen belonged to the rotor transport corp ny. The strength of the 3d fn, which was stationed at Strausberg, was undetermined.
