~C nt. The information on air activity by MUG-15s and U-2i.G-15s
at Fin terwalde airfield supports the assw-?nption that the pilots of the
grow d attack division in Alt Loennewitz are being retrained on jet
aircraft for the time being. The same air activity was also observed
at Alt Loennewitz airfield..
.Comment. Another source reported that 4 rail shipments left Brandis
for Falkenberg and Finsterwalde between 12 and 14 May 1954 and, since
that date, uo 11-10 unit has-been stationed at Brandin airfield. Already
on 8 May, 27 12-10a-do rted from Brandis airfield. The present location
of these aircraft has not been determined. It is possible that the 11-1Os
of this division were either transferred to other units or were Parked
in the numerous=hangars at Alt Loennewitz and "insterwalde airfields.
