1. In raid-Maj 1954, the Frank`'urt/0c'er offices and installations sensing Soviet
transit traffic through Poland were inspected b: several high-ranking railroad
officials and two Soviets who wore civilian clothes. 1'embers of U -e commission
stated that it as planned to replace the German locomotive brigades kV

2. On 27 t1q', only one locomotive narked at Ruednits railroad station.2 25X1
3. bit 4 lay 1454, 80 looonotives were selected from the park of colnnn
looorotives. These locomotives were to be used in connection with the FW
ttLitaun Rallt in Berlin. Subsequontly,72 of these locorotives were to be
rented to Poland for the handling of Soviet transit traffic through that
country. The rersaining eight locomotives were to serve as a reserve pool. 1
