Ciiil Defense Courses
1. In the fall of 1952, civil defense courses were being given by the D050 (Dobro-
vo]na OrganiAatsiya za Sifdeystvie na Otbranata; Voluntary Organization for De-
fense Assistance) in Petrovo village (N 41-27s E 23-30) to train the villa e
antiaircraft defense group. The instructor of this course (name not known) was
one of the school teachers who also taught another course in Sveti Vrach (now 25X1
Sandanaki). Approximately 40-50 were enrolled in the course, mostly men and
women about 50 years old who were members of the Fatherland Front, but also in-
cluding some young people of the DSNM (Dimitrovski Suyuz na Narodnata Nladezh;
