1. Poland has increased its shipments of materials to China and Viet Minh since
the armistice in Korea. The payment for these materials is allegedly arranged
through a bank in Prague where the Viet Minh has a military purchasing mission.
The following are the items which Poland has shipped or is in the process of
shipping to the Viet Minh:
a. Medicinestwhich are mainly destined for use by soldiers.
b. Several hundred former American Wills deeps.
c. Several hundred former Soviet GAL-AA and ZT8-5 field trucks.
d. Several hundred Polish STAR-20 trucks.
e. Approximately 30 STAR-A-51 busses. These busses are assembled in Lublin,
Poland, from parts delivered from the USSR.
f. Weapons.
2. Various types of weapons are allegedly being shipped every month from Polish
Szczecin,
