INFORMATION REPORT Changes in the uniforms of Polish naval personnel have been introduced. These are as follows: b. Petty officers now wear their insignia of rank on their shoulderboar(,;, and not on their sleeves as before. c. Soviet-type belts have been introduced, with buckles with the letters "M.W." and an anchor in the center. THE SOURCE EVALUATIONS IN THIS REPORT ARE DEFINITIVE. THE APPRAISAL OF CONTENT IS TENTATIVE.
