INFORMATION REPORT
Changes in the uniforms of Polish naval personnel have been introduced. These are
as follows:
b. Petty officers now wear their insignia of rank on their shoulderboar(,;,
and not on their sleeves as before.
c. Soviet-type belts have been introduced, with buckles with the letters
"M.W." and an anchor in the center.
