1. Following an urgent request of the Ministry of Defense, the Ministry of Mail and
Communications ordered the complete reconstruction of the Csorna-Papa section of
Route No, 821.
2. The Defense Ministry requested that the work be completed by the end of August 1954.
This is one of the important roads for Soviet military traffic, inasmuch
as important Russian military camps are located near PApa and Szany.
