SUBJECT DIA Trade Delegation to Prague
THE SOURCE EVALUATIONS IN THIS REPORT ARE DEFINITIVE.
THE APPRAISAL OF CONTENT IS TENTATIVE.
(FOR KEY SEE REVERSE)
1. An eight-man DIA Trade delegation left on 6 August 1954 for Prague. It
will proceed from there to conclude trade agreements
with various countries. I will make offer s for the sale of optical
and precision instruments, office machines, sewing machines, and cameras.
2. The delegation members are receiving ~25 per diem and are being en-
couraged to spend freely and make a good impression.
