distribution within East Germany, mainly to the East German Central Office
for Research Requirements (Zentralstelle fuer Forschungsbedarf) headed by
Dr. Peters (fnu). Of the 33 units earmarked,for export, 31 were to go to
the:USSR and the satellite countries,: whereas one was to go to Austria and
