by two Technical Heads, each responsible for one of the two groups into which
the I4Sain Administration was divided. These men are: `,

b. Heinz Andreas Technical Head of HV Telecommunica.tions Technology
(Fernmeldetechnik), Andreas was formerly in HV Funkwesen~under the
Ministry for Fost anc~ Communications? ~
Furthermore, all enterprises un~3er FiV RFT were divided into seven A
Groups (Aktivgruppen), Two meetings per month are called by the Ac '
Groups for the purpose of discussing methods of increasing produc.ti
