(LISTED BELOW) SUPPLEMENT TO REPORT NO. THIS IS UNEVALUATED INFORMATiON 1. At 2200 an 30 Jaac 1954, German locomotive eciumas etepa,ed opeealog Soviet transit traffic through Poland. On 5 %Taro, the last German train personnel returned to Fraakfurt/Oder. The trains leaving the GDR toward the east will now be handed over to Polish railroad personnel at Oder- teblecke railroad station in Frankfurt/Oder. The Polish personnel operate these trains as far as aszewice or 0zeremcha whore they hand the trains over to Soviet personnel. 20 Of the previous column personnel, 120 locomottve personnel and 60 train personnel will be stationed in Frankfurt/Oder for the time being. he remainder will be sent to their home stations at a rate of 40 men dally.2 3. Of the 150 locomotives previously stationed in Frankfurt/0der,36 will emain there Seventy-two locomotives were rented to the Toleo and are to be returned to the GDR within two yrars at a monthly rate of 3 units. The northern part of it was put into operation on 23 Nay 19540 Nalaszewice railroad station about 10 km west of Brest Litovskp tes newly stablished as rail rauFe change point on Polish territory. Apparently a personnel reserve of about 10 percent of the original strength will remain at Frankfurt/Oder for the time being.
