1., Between 0800 and 1145 on 2 August 1954, 4 tents were still observed
in the garden of the air force quarters in BruckjLeitha. Vehicular
traffic seen involved trucks and
weapon-carrier 0 all with drivers wearing black-bordered
blue epaulets,,]-
2, Between 2000 and 0100 on the ni_,hts of 2, 3, and 4 August, night
fli;hts, apparently by jet aircraft over Parndorf were heard from
Bruck/Leitha, The aircraft flew individually or in elements of two
at intervals of 400 to 500 meters, They had set position lights,

For the first time on 4, August, it was observed that the field 25X1
was uartially surrounded by a barbed wire fence. A railroadman
that work on the fence has been under way since late July 1954. 25X1
Between 0330 and 1100 on 6 August, 24 '1iG-1~s; 2 Yak-Ile, and 1 Pe-2
were observed at Parndorf airfield, There was a 0/10 overcast, no
wind ai:d good visibility. No air activity was conducted up to 1100,3
The AA gun emplacements were occupied by 3 x 37-mm AA guns. The
following motor vehicles were ,arked in the garages and in the opens 25X1

had the0 were parked near the battery charging station, 25X1
Two motor vehicles were observed under a lean-to-roof near the fuel
dump and 4 field kitchens under another lean-to-roof near the earth
bunker, The airfield was surrounded by a barbed wire fence. Vehicular 25X1
traffic to and from the field involved tank truck
