Technik (Association for Athletics and Techniques) (GST) was to be dissolved and
a department of physical training was to be established in its place. The new
department was to be attached to the FDJ Central Committee. Oberstleut
Guenther Hinkel., who is lecturer in athletics and head of
the HVKVP, will be in charge of the department. Workingr p
