REMARKS-
1. Until 1300 on 30 July 1954, no flying, was practiced at Puetnitz
airfield. There was rain prior to 1300, and a closed ceiling
throughout the day. From around 1300 to 1800, TM-15s or U IIGc.15s
fitted with auxiliary fuel tanks practiced individual. f lyirg `at
large intervals o After 22009 MG-15s or U.MiGm15e practiced -firing
at an air sleeve which was illuminated by two searchlights and
which was towed by a fliGm15 or UMiGo.15 accord3 to the noise
heard.
2. Between 23 and 30 August, except for Sunday the 29th, there was
intensive air activity by MG -15a or U MiG 15s, which took off
individually, in elements of two and, occasionally, in formations
of three. On 24 August, it was r,~.peatedly observed that three 25X1
elements of two fiG.s each took off in such e`way that when-one element became airborne, the next would start taxiing, Subsequently

A radar set, apparently of Token type, was seen on Koeppenberg
(hill). Another Token-type set was seen' on a hill about 1 Itm south
of the Ribnitz railroad station. A generator and a small temporary
building were located in a gravel pit near there.
